YOUR HOST & EXPERT BIOHACKING COACH
Kristin is a nutrition specialist, certified fitness trainer, advanced breathwork master facilitator, cold exposure coach, microdosing facilitator, and overall high-performance maven.
She combines her deep professional experience and personal journey dedicated to self-optimization with her work coaching females around the world into the most powerhouse version of themselves.
In addition to transforming the bodies and minds of her clients, Kristin speaks at numerous conferences worldwide, ran her own fitness studio, and is the Founder of SHERPA Breath & Cold - classes, workshops, and an accredited instructor training program for sauna, cold exposure and breath practices. She strives to help women achieve their health goals through radical self-acceptance.
She works with 1-1 clients, corporate groups, and university athletes to improve overall wellbeing and catapult them into their greatest capacity using sleep, recovery, training, breathing, supplementation and stress adaptation protocols.
As a progressive leader, and host of the WELLPOWER Podcast she questions how far the human body can expand and helps people take it there.

As a Metabolic and Mental Health Coach, Lauren has spent the last 16 years empowering and educating her clients to find the best versions of themselves through radical honesty, positive discernment, and well-supported self-experimentation.
She is certified as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, CHEK Integrated Movement Sciences and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Functional Mental Health Practitioner, and Microdosing & Integration Coach.
Lauren supports her clients through the lens of biochemical individuality, curating a unique individualized blueprint to transcend their wellness goals.
Merging the subjective and objective, she combines diagnostic testing & quantification practices, body mapping and deep listening practices to close the loop on lasting, transformative change.
She works virtually both 1-1 and 1-many with clients all over the country to improve their metabolic and mental health through glucose optimization, plant medicine microdosing, as well as prep and integration for macro journeys, and the D.R.E.S.S. protocol to reduce toxic exposures while optimizing stress resilience.
She co-hosts the health optimization podcast, The Biohacker Babes, with her sister and fellow Biohacker, Renee Belz, to inspire both men and women to take responsibility and radical ownership of their health.
Jeremiah Davidson
FITNESS CLASS FACILITATOR: Morning Yoga that Expands
Jeremiah is a clinical psychotherapist and longtime yoga student and teacher who will guide on science -based downregulation breathing during his powerful yoga class style - so you learn and turn inward with optimization lessons you can take on and off the mat.
While Jeremiah will not be staying onsite with us, he will share a couple sessions, movement lessons and sage guidance in the gathering space and classroom.

When not enjoying the indoors of this mountain retreat, explore our 5 acres of aspen groves, sky scraping evergreens and picturesque rock outcrops. Tucked into the Indian Mountain Neighborhood of South Park County Colorado, beautiful views of the Mosquito Range peaks are visible from most any spot on the property.
A huge deck full of ample seating and spacious under deck seating and swing provide space to gather with others or enjoy a quiet moment with the free birds. Our fire pit and outdoor games, including a double horseshoe pit, are ready to entertain the crew.
Secluded seating spots tucked in around the property are a favorite for meditation and solace. Be prepared to enjoy time communing with the group, grounding in beautful nature and filling your cup with quiality self-care time.
