Shawn Wells

TOPIC: The Female Energy Formula

Shawn Wells, MPH, LDN, RD, CISSN, FISSN is a product formulator and expert in the fields of performance nutrition, longevity, fitness and supplementation. He earned his master’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he studied nutritional biochemistry with a minor in exercise science. Shawn is a Registered Dietitian with a decade of experience as a Chief Clinical Dietitian in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. He is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist and has worked with celebrity clients and professional athletes.

On the road to being dubbed “The World’s Greatest Formulator”, Biohacktivitst, and Keto Authority, Shawn faced and overcame significant obstacles with his own health—weight issues, depression, autoimmune conditions (Epstein-Barr, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), two cervical discs replacements, and a pituitary adenoma, which is a type of brain tumor. They say everything happens for a reason, and in Shawn’s case, his health problems led him down a winding path that required him to find science-based solutions, and they sparked his personal passion for biohacking.

Mollie McGlocklin is the creator of Sleep Is A Skill and the host of The Sleep Is A Skill Podcast. Sleep Is A Skill is a company that optimizes people’s sleep through a unique blend of technology, accountability, and behavioral change. After navigating insomnia while traveling internationally, she created what she couldn’t find - a place to go to learn the skill set of sleep.

With a background in psychology and behavioral change from The Nonverbal Group, she became fascinated with chronobiology and its practical application to sleep and our overall experience of life. Knowing the difference between a life with sleep and without, she’s now dedicated her life to sharing the forgotten skill set of sleep.

Freddie Kimmel

Freddie Kimmel is a Functional Health Coach, Reiki Healer, Certified Personal Trainer, Gut Health Specialist, and proud cancer survivor. He helps men and women eliminate brain fog, bloat, and belly fat through gut health.

He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the Full Plate Podcast, An Excellent Example of Being Human, State of the Arts on LA talk radio and Dance Magazine.

Freddie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from SUNY Brockport, attended SUNY Fredonia, and is a graduate of the Institute of Functional Health Coaching.

Jaclynn is a Creative Executive & global “influencer” that coined the term CREATIVE DUALITY-the ability to strategize and explore new frontiers using conceptual thinking, which allows her to embrace originality and make the connection between business and branding.  She started a fashion and lifestyle website in 2012 as a personal creative outlet for self-expression that promotes positive body image.

Jaclynn has worked closely with over 22 major corporations and leading entrepreneurs to efficiently design & execute branding strategies for multiple industries in the fashion, photography, sports, art, medical, real estate, and consumer goods industries. 

Jaclynn is also the Co-Founder of Fylí (pronounced FEE-LEE) which stands for “tribe”- a female mastermind membership community focused on educational masterclasses, accountability, peer-to-peer mentorship, leadership advancement, and funding opportunities for early-stage female founders. 

Angela Gargano

Angela Gargano is a celebrity fitness personality and founder of the Pull-Up Revolution and Warrior Strong methods, helping clients utilize their inner strength to tone and rejuvenate their bodies and minds.

Both NYC/LA Based, Angela is a trainer who teaches special events and group classes based on her Strong Feels Good concept.  

Angela is the winner of Miss Fitness America 2016, was a finalist for Women's Health Next Fitness Star, and has starred on NBC's American Ninja Warrior. Angela is known for her relentless pursuit to help her community crush their fitness goals and realize their inner strength. After tearing her ACL on season 10 of America Ninja Warrior, Angela made her comeback stronger than ever. She spent a year rehabilitating herself and now wants to share that strength with her audience and help them overcome any obstacles that get in the way of their dreams.  

Erin Damm + Allison Wojtowecz

Erin is the Chief Operating Officer at MSW Lounge, Erin is a passionate explorer and student of life as well as all that this world and people in it have to offer. She loves to travel and explore new places as well as organize and lead yoga, health & adventure retreats. Allison is the founder of Flabs to Fitness Inc, Marketing Director at MSW Lounge and MSW Nutrition, and a stand-up comedian based in Austin, Texas. She has experience as a personal trainer and nutritionist, but has lately shifted her business to focus on helping other health companies with their marketing. Allison loves to laugh, travel, be outside, attend comedy shows and concerts, and be with those she loves.
